The AI model has assessed Amina as HIGH risk for PPH. This verdict integrates real-time belt sensor readings — blood loss 520ml, elevated heart rate 112bpm, uterine atony on EMG — with her longitudinal health record including 3 months of menstrual cycle data showing anaemia risk. Blood loss has exceeded the 500ml clinical threshold. Immediate intervention indicated.

Module 4 — Fitting and using the Meneva belt
The Meneva External Uterine Contraction Belt contains four biosensors: a PPG sensor for heart rate and SpO2, an EMG sensor for uterine muscle activity, a thermistor for temperature, and a haemoglobin spectrophotometry sensor for blood loss. The belt is fitted within 30 minutes of delivery by a trained health worker. The patient must consent before fitting.
Step 1
Confirm patient consent and log username
Step 2
Position belt at uterine level and secure
Step 3
